This is what my pipeline could look like in my back office.

A2P 10DLC is the standard that phone service carriers created for the purpose of verifying that SMS traffic is consensual. Guidelines came into effect in 2021 that require A2P 10DLC registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for all businesses by August 31, 2023. American and Canadian businesses who contact American phone numbers and who don’t complete their registration by that date will have their messages blocked. Below you'll see what exactly A2P 10DLC is.

Application-to-person (A2P) refers to text messages (SMS and MMS) in which the recipient gets messages from an application instead of an individual. Conversely, person-to-person (P2P) refers to text messages sent from one person to another person.

10 Digit Long Code (10DLC) has 10 digits, just like a local or a toll-free phone number.

10DLC numbers support transactional and promotional text messages. Businesses use 10DLC to send text messages because they have advantages over the short code numbers sometimes used for business SMS campaigns.Those advantages include lower costs and higher delivery and send rates.

This is the back office sample text that would go out to a prospect within 30 minutes of clicking the facebook ad. Why 30 minutes and not right away? If they are in the middle of a purchase, I don't want to disturb them with propaganda. The "trigger" link in the text goes to the survey shown below.

I also have a feature that allows me to exit this workflow and move into another workflow if I can connect my system to my sharable cart to track customers and their purchases, or lack there of. That could call for the creation of an API that Asea would create to be compatible with Facebook Business Pages.

This Workflow is for those who haven't filled out a survey. In order to get the survey filled out, I like to offer something for free. In this case, I want to offer ONE FREE Cellular Performance Variety Pack. If I can get them to tell me the top 3 things Asea offers, this gives Asea data which I am happy to share. Now you get information that you wouldn't have otherwise had on the things you do for your customer.

When a new prospect fills out the survey and submits their information, now I can remove them from the previous Workflow of text messages that asks them to complete the survey. I get a text message that a survey was completed for my records. More importantly, I can start drip campaigns now for either text or email that come daily, weekly, or monthly. I can build into the campaigns trigger links back to promotions for Asea. They have already given me permission to text and email in my A2P registration.

This is what the Survey looks like. As a partner to Asea, you can direct me to what questions you want answered that would equal the value of a free item. I like the "TOP THREE" approach because it gives a blend of things people like, which equals more information for Asea.

There is no limit to what I can do from this point forward. i can schedule personal one-on-one custom appointments for any preferred customer to become an affiliate and promote the opportunity to become a rep in Asea after being a satisfied customer, via text or email.

This is an example of the Survey Workflow with the removal of the the initial text messages after the survey is completed. Then the work flow waits 30-days before sending a new text letting them know about the new conversion from Preferred Customer to Asea Rep. This, or anything else, is possible.

The requirement to get here is having the language updated on the Shareable Cart. I'll get into that in the next set of slides.
